What if the products I receive have quality issues?

If there are quality issues with the products you receive, please contact us after receiving them. We will arrange for a replacement or provide other compensation solutions.

How do you package your products?

We use standard protective packaging(Die cut polyfoam & Carton) to ensure safe delivery of products. Custom packaging options are also available upon request.

What are your main products?

Our main products include tabletop decorations, sculptures, vases, trays, candle holders, storage boxes, picture frames, and other home decor accessories made from materials such as metal, marble, resin, MDF, and more.

What is your production lead time?

Typically, in-stock goods takes 7-10 days, and bulk production takes 35-45 days, depending on the order quantity. We can adjust based on your specific requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and other international payment methods. Payment terms can be negotiated based on the cooperation details.

We adhere to ISO9001 quality management standards and conduct multiple inspections, including raw material checks, in-process monitoring, and final product testing, to guarantee high-quality products.
